Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on orders over ₹1400 within India.
Shipping Locations Sanaya Fashions currently ships across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time. For customers outside India, please stay tuned as we expand our services.

Metro Areas: Delivery within 3-5 business days for standard shipping. Non-Metro/Remote Areas: Delivery within 7-10 business days for standard shipping. Order Tracking Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your order. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Failed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses Please ensure that you provide accurate shipping details at checkout. Sanaya Fashions is not responsible for any delays or missed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages While we take every precaution to ensure the safe delivery of your order, Sanaya Fashions is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier.
